*Participants who did not give presentations at the Congress are not allowed to submit abstracts for publication in the Congress materials.

Program
Information for participation with a report
Participation in the Congress is free of charge. Travel to the Congress venue and accommodation are at the expense of the Congress participant or the sending party.
Applications for participation in the Congress are accepted until March 13, 2026.
Employees and students of Synergy University send their applications for participation in the Congress to the email address of the relevant department — organizer of the section.
Employees and students of third-party organizations can submit an application for participation in the Congress to the following email address: LLapenkova@synergy.ru or through the form on the Congress website.
Applications sent to other email addresses will not be considered.
By submitting an application to participate in the Congress, the participant confirms that they have carefully read the Congress regulations and accept all of their terms and conditions, including the submission of personal data, and agree to the processing of personal data provided in the Congress materials (in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data").
Participants of the Congress who wish to make a presentation should submit an abstract of their presentation in addition to their application.
The program committee will decide whether to include the presentations in the Congress program or not. The decisions will be communicated to the applicants by the section chairperson by March 20, 2026.
The authors of the presentations will be able to publish them in the Congress proceedings, which will be available in electronic format. The collection of materials does not include theses by students of educational organizations who presented reports at the Congress. A separate collection of students' works may be published by decision of the program committee.
Abstracts of reports included in the Congress program and presented at the Congress in the form of speeches, no more than 7 pages in length, can be published. These reports can be presented individually or by a team of no more than 3 authors. Only original research papers that have not been previously published in Russian or foreign literature can be presented at the Congress.
Abstracts must be submitted by April 25, 2026, to the following email addresses: LLapenkova@synergy.ru, ITrostianskaia@synergy.ru. Abstracts sent to other email addresses will not be considered.
The Program Committee has the right to send the abstracts back to the authors for revision before publication.
